(suggestion) Different qualities besides resolution in camera.

Well, this is a suggestion that i propose to camera APP, sorry for my english:

I think that is a good idea to add the option to change video bitrate and jpeg compression in camera settings, because sometimes a 20MBps vídeo is too high and with 5MBps is sufficient, and the jpeg quality sometimes is too low in camera (i can see macroblocs in image).

Will be good to add 3 or maybe 4 quality settings that can be:

For video 1080:

Low -> 5 Mbps

Medium -> 10 Mbps

High -> 15 Mbps

Very High -> 20 Mbps

or:

Low -> 5 Mbps

Medium -> 13 Mbps

High -> 20 Mbps

For Image:

Low -> 50%

Medium -> 70%

High -> 80%

Very High -> 100%

or:

Low -> 60%

Medium -> 80%

High -> 100%

For lower res videos, then the bitrate would be lower.
