After my last experience, this forum is not even viewed by Support. During my last contact with Sony support, the guy on the other side did not even know anything about the problems with the sola and stated everything could be repaiered just by resetting it or doing a software repair. And it worked for all customers he ever had.

He did not know anything about networking problems and it is only concerned due to bad network quality...
Oh my god, sony, this is so discusting and I will spread the word, I will tell everyone, what you do to customers, to my collegues at O2 and to the guys I daily meet from Huawei, I hope they use it for their next marketing campain.
And when you ask yourself, why someone can be so pissed off by you... READ THIS FORUM!

Today I went to the webpage of notebooksbiliger.de where I bought this phone. They state it is Android 4...??? and the price is at 186,-€... And I paied more than 260,- € without being able to use it... I don't get response, where my phone is now, it's already in repair for 19 days. Now they do the sellout, as it is an old model, and it will not be supported anymore...
Sony has financial problems, sells stuff that is unfinished, or even known to be not working and cut's money on support and development. And the customer has to quite.
So I gave money to them without getting anything, so this is sheer fraud.

My tips is if you contact the/any support and you get a sense of that the agent you're in contact with isn't fully aware of all the details, ask him to check with a colleague to make sure everything get's cleared out. Sometimes there are people newly recruited, like to any work, and there for they don't have all the knowledge as some of you "superusers" have.
Keep that in mind!
And also, like Ulliwooly mentions, please keep a friendly tone in the forum.

I tried to keep a friendly tone all the time, but now it get's too much. And what you mention about friendly tone, please also tell it to support team at the phone. Because I don't need an arrogant supporter, who things he knows evrerything better than me, to state that there are no known problems with this phone.
When you become ignored for 2 months, you start to become louder...
Next episode: Chat with Sony support Miriam S.: And all she did was giving me numbers of the repair center, where they did not have any information. I did not get any help from the support team at Sony.
And finally I should call a phone number, where they bill me for the call. That's not O.K. in any way. I have to pay my money to get my phone back. What the hell is this? A bad joke? On my cost?
I already waste more time with this. This is so pathetic.

Pull yourself together xallobj, the support team here are doing a great job, if you're worried about call costs when you call the team ask the support manager to credit your call. I have done it in the past for international calls.
