ST27i stopped working

Xperin Go Model ST27i suddenly stopped working with an error messages continuously showing

the mesages read as" unfortunately, System UI has stopped" & "Unfortunately, Device monitor has stopped"

Cannot restart the phone and unable to get identified by pc companion

Please help and fix the problem

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown
