Sony Xperia S calling issue

Hi,

I brought a sony xperia s recently however when I ring someone the volume is low no matter what setting it is. When I ring someone I always need to turn volume up but it never saves it. Is this a software problem or can this be fixed?

The call volume should be saved so you don't have to adjust it for every call. You could try resetting the phone or repair the phone software via PC Companion.
