Sony Xperia j help

Hi Guys, my sony xperia j is a bput 6 months old but since yesterday I cant do anything at all pn it, i can unlock it and then it just freezes and sometimesni get the error message saying xperia home isnt responding and have the option to wait or kill it,  after this the screen just usually goes black except from the task bar at the top. recently it's been telling me that's storage

is running low and i tryed to move some of the internal storage and sd card to my compiter but i dont think it was sucessful

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using any task killers or something?Try a force restart(power button+volume up until the phone vibrates).

no, no task killers and the force restart isn't working at all

okay the restart happened, but things still arn't responding, but its a lot better thank you!

Restart the phone regularly,it helps the phone a lot.If you still have problems,repair phone software.You are welcome.
