Is the latest software update available worldwide because when I connect my phone on  PCC it says that it is up to date but in my phone's settings it is 6.0.B.1.564

one last question! there updates become available worldwide or only in specific areas because I'm from Greece and I'm curious if that's the problem

maybe it's because of it !!! you can test it with another countries VPN,if you had one

VPN uses to connect another countries Internet and then you known from that country.for example USA !!! you can have a 24trial vpn from cactusvpn.com. it has 3 servers from USA,England and Netherland ! you can test all of these 3 servers to know about this firmware but i suggest you,don't update it from another countries server,maybe it damage your phone. but you can use vpn for another countries services

I believe they removed the 184 because I didn't find it anymore one morning as available update and that little icon from status bar disappeared. Maybe because ICS is underway or because it caused many issues. There are little differences between countries for updates (as timing).
