SMS - the BIG tick

Hello all

A few days ago I started to notice that any sms I've sent suddenly has a BIG tick to the right of it.  This is a new thing and I was wondering what it signifies?  Is it that my message has been successfully sent... or successfully recieved... or something completely unrelated?

it means that sms has been successfully delivered to the person whom you sent it

it is delivery report, a tick represents that message has been delivered

Thats correct, it will also appear with MMS awell.
