Hello, after I've upgraded to ICS yesterday Skype stopped to work. Everything looks like OK: I can start Skype -> Login -> from Skype pov I'm online but nobody else see me as connected to Skype network.
I've tryied connect through 3G and WiFi - the same result. No actual connection. On previous version of android everything with Skype worked well.
Any ideas or the same behaviour?
Thank you.

Hello did you already tried turning wifi off then wait a minute and then turning it back on? or restarting the phone?
uninstall Skype and re-install it

It doesn't help: tryied twice with the same effect. No connection although I can see my details in my profile so it means I have some connection but it's not related to communication features of Skype.
Any others with the same effect?
Nope. I have it working fine. Is your status Online?

From Skype I see myself as Online but nobody can see me online outside.
Cannot call even to Skype test call - the call starting, calling in progress but I cannot hear rings, cannot turn on phone's speaker - nothing happens.
You says to repair the phone but you should advice restarting it and turning wifi on or off because otherwise i already had to repair my phone 20 times bcs play store would not update apps... or skype not working
that seems to be a connectivity issue other than an app issue, are you using a data plan or wifi? does your internet works? go to time.gov on your browser (xperia s)

It sounds strange but I've forgot the MAIN rule when we are dealing with computers - most cases reboot is the silver bullet!
