SE LIve with Walkman (WT19i), cannot download apps from play store over 3G

I am using a SE Live with Walkman, recently.. I do not know what happened but i cannot download/install/update apps via my phone's 3G connection, I used to be able to, but now i can't.

Google says I should get a the phone replaced

• I can download over wifi,
• I can connect to google talk..
• on the screen it says downloading but does nothing
• I can do everything on 3G except download from the play store

Hi, suggest factory reset phone.

Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely.

I  was about to perform a Factory data reset then i realised I'd lose all my data stored on my phone

so i did a factory settings reset first... and it worked like a charm

Problem is back.... and i do not want to reset settings every week...

It could be  due to settings, apps or anything that caused this problem.

If no choice, factory reset phone and monitor it closely. You need to find out the root cause, if not, you have to keep resetting phone.
