Quick selection tool(?) and problems with notifications..

I just came across this video on youtube (link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKJlrSIrKiY ) and I just noticed this.. see the pic below.

As you can see the encircled one looks like a quick selection to some tools. I don't have that. Is that normal? O.o haha.

-- After I updated my XP to ics, I seem to have a problem about the notifications. Whenever I get sms, it would just vibrate for a short period of time. No ringtones.. 😕 Any solutions? Thank you.

- the answer to ur first part is dat it is an application available on the play store - Notification Toggle  !! itz really helpful in my view better dan the tool widget provided by sony and has a wide array of options to keep on the notification bar !! also it doesnt consume any ram(just 3.5mb) and neither does it drain the battery !! the link is

Hi Cristian 15, For Notification issue,

Restart the Mobile will fix this..... I hope its a bug in FW
