Problems sending Text Messages from my Xperia x10 Mini Pro?

I have been having problems sending Text messages from my new Xperia X10 Mini pro phone after inserting my Sim Card? I could receive texts but not send, it just keeps on stating after message sent 'Could not send' any Solutions appreciated.

I have found the solution to this problem, so if anyone ever come across this same issue, then simply call your sim card provider from your mobile and once you have selected the right service option needed your provider will send you an update to resolve the messaging issue you are having and once you have switched off your phone and back on again the problem would have been ressolved and you should be able to send messages without any further problems.
