file manager in xperia S

i bought a new xperia S and upgraded to ICS as soon as i got it....i am new to android market and i donno how to find my file manager in my mobile..i read Astro app is default file manager but i couldn't find it in my mobile...Please help me

it's preloaded in some countries/ networks, go to the market and look for either Astro file manager or OI file manager
