problem with updating xperia arc

hi,

i have a problem with updating my xperia arc phone. i will be very thankful if anyone can help me on this issue.

i was updating my arc to the latest software by connecting to the computer. while updating, my computer was rebooted(a blue screen appeared and it restarted) and the updated failed. i tried again, but this time the pc companion showed update failed. i tried reinstalling the pc companion, but still it doesnt work. anyone have any suggestions.

Update Service (SEUS)

if that doesn't fix your issue you can use Flashtool
