problem with the quality of pics and videos

my tipo shows a slight reddish color on white things in pics and videos and thus it's quality gets lower. help me pls ASAP 😐

Try settings-apps-all-camera,clear data and restart the phone.

Dear brother, the problem is not with the camera. I felt the same problem with the videos I downloaded from the internet.

I use Xperia gallery. Are you talking about the update to 11.0.A.4.27 ?
