Problem with screenshot function

Hello,

I have updated my phone with 4.3 version a month ago, I've made all updates for my phone, but I don't have the screenshot function even if I press the power button and the higher/lower volume at the same time.
I tried yesterday to reinstall with the update service software of Sony (not PC companion) but it didn't change anything.

Any solutions about my problem ?

Hi

You must push power down+power button together and hold it until screen captured

I tried lots of time for several seconds power + volume down, but it didn't worked. I also tried power + volume up and I get the same result...  It's embarassing, screenshot is very useful sometimes 😕

There's a bit of a knack to it - try to press both at the same time rather than one before the other, and hold for about a second. It's definitely vol - and on/off.

Maybe I am an idiot, I think i tried this too, but this time it works...

Like I say, there's a knack. Took me a few goes and a fair bit of swearing to get it to work first time.

In 4.3 it has been removed,but on kit kat it is back.
