Problem when making calls, when noise supression is on.

When making calls while noise supression is on, the sound from the receiving end of the line is very small and can barely be heard. When it is off , there is no problem. Is this normal??

The problem only occur when noise supression is on (the sound is very small) , when it's off the sound on the receiving end is normal.

What i want to know is this problem normal or not?? If not how to fix it?

I think the problem is fixed, the screen protector cover the main microphone. Thank you.
