Problem setting up contact picture on xperia V on own number

I'm also experiencing the same problem on my upgraded xperia V (JB).

I could not use a photo under "Myself" contact which was most probably being identified by the android system. I've tried synchronizing my google and facebook account but my photo still does not appear.

Anyone here who knows the solution to it?? Thanks.

For me it downloads the picture i use on Google+. Try adding your picture to your Google account on https://plus.google.com/‎ and then logon with the Google+ app in the phone and let it keep your contacts updated when it asks if you want that.
