Please help me solving this problem with sim card lock

Is it normal to see sim card lock activated when the airplane mode is activated ? and if I deactivate it , will the sim card lock be disabled ? I don't remember my pin code and I did a factory data reset and it didn't solve the proplem . 

Please any one help me , I'm sorry if my question is stupid

but the phone won't be locked ?  even if i but a new sim ?

If you did not set a lock for the phone,it will not.
