(PLEASE HELP ME) Formatted system with CWM, cant boot!

I formatted the system with CWM 5.5.0.4. Now my phone won't boot (only see Sony logo), guess its completely blank and without an OS. my computer doesnt give me access to the sdcard through usb anymore.. How to i get back normal (android 4.0.4), What are my options? 😕

PC Companion (PCC) or Sony  Update Service (SUS)
