Please help! How do I move my apps from my xperia x10 mini to my new xperia mini st15i???

Just bought a new Xperia Mini ST15i and would really like to move all my downloaded apps (paid and free ones) from my old Xperia X10 mini (with all their data) rather than have to download them all over again (and change all the customised settings and saved data etc) but I can't work out how to do this please can anyone help? there are so many great answers on here but can't find anything relating specifically to this... thanks in advance!

sorry for being so thick - but I really struggle to understand all this - so I need to open this discussion on my NEW phone (that I want to copy stuff to) and open the links from the phone and install them. then what? how do I get the stuff from my old phone to the new phone? confused sorry :S

not at all

on your computer click on the links, they will take you to the android market

market.android.com

from there -> sign in -> and then click on the app that you want to install

it will be send to your phone automatically
