Play movies or music on my Sony Xperia Sola or any Xperia Phones from the centralished wifi media server

I have a N600 WIRELESS DUAL BAND GIGABIT ADSL2+ MODEM ROUTER (DGND3700).

This wireless device have media steaming facility. So i connected a hdd to get my media wirelessly and also now I am playing movies and music using using this device on my TV.Also I am accessing those files on computer and wacthing movie.

So, I am asking that can I play movies or music on my Sony Xperia Sola?

Please anyone help me to play movies from the centralished wifi media server...
