Phone wont start =/.

So i got my new phone xperia T yesturday and last night i left it on and i beleave its out of power, so ive pluged it to my pc and im trying to charge it, it keeps turning on with the sony simble and then theres this triangle simble with a ! in it with the phone belowe it. Could someone tell me what this means and how do i fix it.
