Phone memory shortage

Hello, i've got a little problem with the new .62 update. I've own this phone since October last year and was not giving me any problem until Sony Ericsson Sync Shutdown

1) Facebook : I dont know why but now my facebook friends contact picture WILL NOT sync. As in it will never update their profile picture but their statuses will. Having this problem since begining of the year.

2) Internal Memory : Having the problem the above,I erased all the memory from my phone. EVERYTHING in fact which includes dozens of apps that are installed into the phone and also internally. But just installing one app and then i've got a warning said my internal memory is almost full ( 30MB left ).
Im surprised cause there is not enough space but then i deleted everything. Before this i usually have at least 60+ Mb free space and can install Whatsapp / Line / FB messenger and G+ all into the internal memory. Now all these apps i have to install into SD card.
