phone blocked with start image moving and glowing

ive just installed the new update and my phone is blocked with the start image glowing. What should i do ?? i cant even turn it off

It should go on for several minutes(up to 10-15 max) and after that the phone is supposed to turn on.if stuck for a long time,force restart the phone(power button+volume up until the phone vibrates one time).

My phone was recently 'updated' but now I cannot force shutdown nor progress beyond SONY on the screen. I even tried letting the battery run out completely but when I recharged it again just the same blank screen with SONY

Any ideas anyone

Forced shut down should work,connect the phone to wall charger and let it charge for 30 min,then power it.If does not work,the update could have gone wrong.Try to repair wth SUS.
