Xperia S LT26i Does not work properly with PC companion

Hi i have taken my new xperia S I am facing a problem while i connect this to my laptop it ask to install the pc compainon after installing the same i am not able to see any options in PC companion . what should i do for resolving this issue please suggest

First of all uninstall everything related to sony on your pc and then download these 2 software

PC Companion and Sony update service

Now boot pc in safe mode and install both of the above
or turn of antivirus and firewall and allow full access to pc companion

Then try to connect your mobile ( safe mode or firewall / antivirus off )
