Nothing Works Properly after "Factory Reset"

Hey!

I "Factory Reset" my phone in a hope that everything will be fixed. But its worse now

• My phone is getting overheated with WiFi or Data "On".
• Everything is laggy, Audio/video Playback, Gaming almost everything.
• and the worst. sometime when i am typing something my Keypad vanishes and i keep tapping the Text Box and it wont appear for about 20Seconds. Its so annoying
• Discharging Rate is twice as faster as it was before "Factory Reset"

All of that werent happening before Factory Reset... before that Crashing was the only issue. now i have many

How can i fix it? 

is Rooting a good option?

So i updated my phone with SUS. Everything is working fine for now. i'd reply if it went wrong again.
