not booting at all

Hi

I have xperia Arc, i have formatted the internal storage, and since then my device is not booting at all.

i tried to flash the device but this solution didn'tt work,then i tried via SUS but a message shows that i can't install beacuse the my ROM is modified

So how to solve this problem?

you won't be able to use neither PCC nor SUS unless you relock the bootloader, how did you formated the internal storage? do you get an error with flashtool?

i formatted it using windows quick formatting, then i tried to flash it but it stops at some flashing stage with error 31

and how to relock the bootloader?

and my last question what is so imortant relating formating the internal storage?

I don't know why you would want to reformat the internal storage, if anything reformat the SD
