Not able to switch music through SOLA headphone

Hello Folks,

I was not able to switch music through SOLA head set.....is it normal with this headset or something wrong with my headset...Please respond on this

are you using a different set of headphones? are you pressing twice and/or thrice to change the music? are you using a different Music player?
