No toggle shortcut options in ics notification tray??

as in the beta ics ROM,there was a good and smart notification tray with toggle options with many shortcuts like the samsung UI.but in the original upgrade of xperia ray ics,there no shortcut.please can you make this happen with an upgrade??its much much needed.

please reply for this.i get jealous of the samsung and htc users having a hepful notification tray with shortcuts in it.i thought it wud be present in the ics upgrade as it was shown in the beta version of it.but all went fake.

i have already seen it.but is uses a lot of RAM..whichever app u use..it can never be as convinient as the original that is given by the company..ie. inbuilt in the UI.
