I seem not to see the screen shots feature on xperia S after upgrading to ICS. Can someone tell me what happened to that feature or anything i have to do to perform it.?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hold "power button + volume down" at the same time. if you keep getting the volume bar then i suggest to press the power button a split second earlier than volume down button.
You got me wrong there was this feature that allows you to take shots of the current display on your screen by pressing the OFF button it comes as an option in the pop up. But after upgrading to ICS it no longer available in the options instead you now have offline mode, vibrate and silence in addition to the Power Off.
it doesn't seem that you read thommo's comment, you have to PRESS AND HOLD BOTH BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME (power & volume up for 2 seconds)
@uliwooly Thats misleading man holding both buttons at the same time reboot the phone which i know. i m talking about SCREEN SHOTS (CAPTURE)
Press and hold the power button and volume down - ICS is different from GB and has different features and different ways of doing things - We are not misleading you Power and volume up is to turn the phone off but to take a screen shot hold power and volume down
How is that misleading?
Press and hold Power button & Volume Down for 2 seconds = screenshot
Press and hold power button & Volume Up for 4 seconds = restart the phone
Solved now, its done pressing power and volume down buttons togather for 2 secs. thnx Guys
