No 3D Camera Option after ICS Update

->Why i cannot see the 3D camera app after upgrading to ICS ?

->No power management option in settings.

->Sometimes screen filckers

You people have made such an amazing phone, plz provide fix for the above

simple, just open the camera app > tap on the Auto/scene > tap on 3D camera

can you elaborate on the "power management option"? and "screen flickers"
