New typing feature on ICS?

now whenever trying to correct a typing error, above the pointer where u touch, a magnified image of the letters will appear.

Yes, this is a new feature in ICS. That magnifier will apear every time you move the pointer to get better visualisation. For edit options (cut, copy, paste) double click text

btw, this feature is taken from Apple. I use it in my IPad2.
