Network Problem on Xperia Arc s

I faced Network Problem on  Xperia Arc s after flashing android 4.0.4 with flash tool. When my phone start my screen make black but when i push lock key it show light phone make open but network error. I cant call anywehere. But network logo show full network. but when i make call it show network error. When i make restart it make right for 2 min but after 2 min it make same as network error. plzzzz help

most likely its the SIM card, I've seen so many times.

get a new SIM card

also do NOT install any taskillers, task managers, antivirus, ram apps, booster apps, battery apps.

and double check the APN settings

do you have a data plan? do you have the correct apn settings? did you avoid installing those apps above? is it a BRAND NEW SIM CARD?

yes i hace a credit to call and i avoid athose apps and my sim card id perfect. My sim card work on another mobile perfectly. But i faced prob in my arc s. Plz help

get a brand new SIM card, just try it, get a brand new SIM card
