Does the play store not work directly on your phone? What SIM card are you using and what country are you in?

You could always go to play.google.com from your PC, and search and download applications this way.

i am using the phone wi-fi and it's own browser not the SIM card internet and I am living in iran.

You must use google play application for downloading apps.. Also all apps are not supported for all android phones because some of them comes for tablets and high end smart phones. Google play first checks your phone compatibility when you try to download something..
