hello,

i want to upgrade my phne to android 4.0 but when i start donwloading the update,

the update not moving after the blue loading have reach almost to the middle,

i've waited 3 hours but it still not moving

my internt problem or pc ompanon?

im using sus now but a bit confuse when it say need to offphne then connect usb and press volume whie plugging the usb?

it's simple turn off your phone then press and hold the volume key while still holding then connect the USB cable, do NOT release the volume key until SUS tell you it's ok to do so, but you MUST press and hold the volume key BEFORE you connect the USB cable
