my xperia v keep on restarting

I cant turn on my phone and it keep on restarting. The sony > xperia > and xperia starting wallpaper keep on repeating over and over again. I cant call or text anyone. Nothing appear. Help meee

Hi there,

Remove the battery for a few minutes and then put it back > Charge your phone for 1 hr > Repair/re-install the phone software with Sony Update Service.

diver,follow these steps:

Connect to wall socket,charge the phone for 1 hour,force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times).After that,repair with SUS:

Are you pressing the button simoultanously?Try to repair with SUS directly.

ı tried 2 times directly  but no solve problem.its restarting  even sometimes not start.  ı have to start .
