i had connected my deviceto my laptap,transfering data.in the mean while i opend a app suddenly it struck,i am unble to any thing ,i canteven power off.what should i do? iam much tensed .how can i fix it?

Hold volume UP and the power key at the same time

5 seconds > Restart phone

10 seconds > Shutdown phone.

I am having the same problem too

but have successfully restart with the methos by pressing power + volume up button

But, may I know why this problem will happen?
