My Xperia pro Can't Update ,Please Help!!

So,i have the system update "alert" that inform me about a new "4.0.2.A.0.62" version update, and when i connect my phone to the PC with the PC companion ,it shows me some steps to update it,but it doesn't make sense,everything i do it does not working and do not updating.WHat should i do? is there any other way? help please.!

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
