My Xperia Ion phone hangs when i try download apps in GPlay...

Hi There!

I have a problem, my phone hangs when i try download anything in Google Play with mobil data connect. I try again with another sim card, but the problem is still. Youtube video and a browser is working, just a Play store not... Please help me!

I try repair the phone with Sony pc combinion, I'm used a factory reset but still as problem. What can I do? Please help something?

This is common when our internet speed is slow at some stages. You should try reopining play store and give it a bit of time.

Also,settings-apps-all-google play,force stop,clear data.Log in again with your account.
