My screen is not working

Hi. I've got a problem with my Xperia.

Today i was using as a wifi router. Everything went fine, then my screen went off. I tried to switch it off and the on but it's still not working. I don't know what to do.

Try this software repair as I mentioned in my previous post to see if there are any improvement. But if the problem remain, I suggest that you visit nearest service center so a technician can examine your unit. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to force a restart/shut down on your phone. You can do this by holding the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for about 5-10 seconds. After doing this, try to power on the phone normally.

Okay, are there any reaction when you try this or is the phone completely dead? Does the phone react if you connect it to the charger and let it charge for a while?

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
Download and install SUS at your PC, follow the instructions that appear.

There are vibrations during turning on and off. And the red light comes on while connecting it to the charger.

That situation happened when phone was connected to PC. I noticed black screen when someone called me. I could answer that call by sliding my finger just like the phone was ok.
