my phone wont turn on

i left my phone on charge and when i went to take it off charge the green light is on however i cant turn the phone on, i have tried using the sony companion and the SUS however nothing seem to work

press power button and voulme up button at the same time and hold them for about 5 seconds
see if it works

what happen if you press and hold the power button for few seconds?

what happen if you run SUS?
