Messaging query.

My X10 mini wil send picture messages No problem.  However, when i try to send a simple text message i keep getting a(couldnt send message).  Any one know what is wrong with my setting.

What I meant, is that the service centre number is in the SIM card's memory so that in your text message settings this number should be there, unless it has been deleted or it may have been changed.Have a look at your message setttings and see what the service centre number is.It should start with  +447.....,  i.e., it will be a UK mobile number if you are using a UK-based carrier.

Have you got the correct text message service centre number for your mobile network? This is usually on the SIM card, but if it's been changed you need to put it in manually.

Thanks.  The sim card just has a huge digit on the back 8944110063887579387pp9.  Does that mean anything?

bro wer is the sim center numer? where do i change it where is it xctly located in the phone
