Market app not working

When I open market in ICS upgraded Arc s, the app says "Authentication required. Please sign in to your Google account." But, I've already signed in! Google Play webpage is also saying "You have no devices." What should I do?

I'm in Myanmar, and maybe Google has banned IP of our country. Market apps in other Android devices are not working also. Is it really so?

So, it means I'll have to wait till Google supports my country. Meanwhile, I'll just have to download apps from 3rd party sites and 3rd party market apps.

yes you will have to wait for your government and google to reach an agreement or for your gov. to allow google to have their market there.
