Manufacturer of News & Weather app and Soundrekorder

Hello!

  1. Who's the manufacturer of News & Weather app, version 1.3.11(PROD).  Is that a Sony App, an application from Google Play or another manufacturer?
  2. I saw a Soundrekorder under Settings/Apps but without storage space (0 KB). Can I use this app?

As I understand the developer of the News and Weather app is "Awnry Software".

The sound recorder is used for record a sound to send as an MMS. You can only access it through the messaging app.
