Live with walkman - android market download not starting

hi,

I was trying to install 'Angry birds' app from android market to my 'SE Live with Walkman' through my laptop.

I had connected the mobile to laptop through USB cord and OS on my mobile is android 2.3

After clicking 'Install' on Android market (www.android.market.com) and selecting my phone, I was getting the message - The app will be downloaded soon but the download wouldn't start.

I had tried this twice, but couldn't install the app.

Any idea why this is happening ?

hi

from ur laptop u can only select to install apps that u want on ur phone

but u cannot download apps to ur pc and then shift it to the phone

donloading of app has to take place through the mobile only... this means the app needs to be downloaded directly to the mobile

for this u need an active internet connetion in your mobile

wifi or carrier network

if u have any data plans u can download it through network carrier by switching on data traffic

settings.> wireless and network> mobile network> mark data enabled ( only if u have data plans, otherwise u would be charged for data transfer across network carrier)

in addition u need to enable background data
settings> account and sync > mark enable background data traffic
