List of Okay-to-delete Apps?

Is there a comprehensive list of okay-to-delete apps for the Xperia Gingerbread? I was thinking of removing some system apps like the Chinese keyboard, the discontinued Sony Ericsson sync service apps, and more, but not sure wether it's safe to remove them or not.
