Jelly Bean update not available

Hi

So the Jelly Bean update has been released for quite a while now.

When I try to update my phone, it says my phone is at the most recent version, even though I'm still using android 4.0.4

I've contacted customer support through chat and they say it could take a while to roll out the update to all devices.

Does anyone have an idea when the update will be available for everybody? Or is it country per country? If so, when will the update be available in Belgium?

Does anyone else from Belgium have the update already?

you are not going to find any specific dates nor windows as to when it might be approved and released, now if its locked to a carrier/network branded then contact them as its up to them to approve and release the update.
