Is there any app for internet passthrough on Xperia mini pro for reverse USB tethering? I believe it is a feature on HTC phones

I do not want to root my phone for this feature

Nabeelraza is right, currently, your phone does not support Internet pass through function.

running internet on mobile through pc's internet connection by any means ( usb, hotspot , ad hoc )

Yes its possible with tipo to use it as a modem for internet connection

just do the following steps

1.Download and install Pdanet software on PC and Mobile.

2.Open software in both PC and Mobile

3. Keep th usb debugging mode on and follow the instructions on your computer screen

After doing yhese steps you will be able to surf internet on PC through USB Tethering
