Can I use my PC internet connection on mobile using my USB or is there any device using which I can do this like WIFI devices? Is there any reverse USB tethering in Android 4.0 update for Xperia like HTC by which I can do this thing work?

hi

No you can't use your PC internet connection via usb to run internet on your phone

And there aren't any options like this in ICS ( 4.0 )
