Incomplete update !! plzzz helppp !!

Hi guys...2day i was updating my neo v with pc companion n during update my pc restarted....so now it doesn't recognize my phone anymore..n my phone doesn't  start coz of incomplete update....plzz help me out as i dont want to flash n lose all my phone data...

charge your phone then repair it with SUS

btw u have any idea abt rooting the phone ??

i read it gives full access to phone functionality...like complete backup of phone data...as well as custom roms... so wud it be advisable to root the device (after the warranty period) ??
